Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch — not when the order is placed.

If something you ordered is out of stock, mispriced, or cannot legally be delivered to you, we will contact you and cancel that part of the order with a full refund.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where it applies. We may change prices and offers at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.

Accuracy

Photographs are of the actual products we stock, but finish, packaging and small details can differ between batches. Where a specification matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you buy.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, in good condition, as described. We are not responsible for how an item is used after delivery, or for any consequence of using it outside the law or outside safe practice.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.
