Airgun & Ammunition Policy

What we sell

Big Man Guns sells airguns, CO₂ and PCP equipment, pellets, targets, holsters, cases, clothing, knives, tools and training accessories.

Airguns below the prescribed threshold fall outside the Arms Act, 1959. They are what this shop is built around, and they are what the majority of our customers shoot.

What we do not sell

We do not sell live ammunition of any kind.

We do not sell firearms that require a licence under the Arms Act, 1959, and we do not act as an agent for a licence transfer or a dealer-to-dealer transfer.

We do not sell prohibited or restricted items, or any item that requires a permit we are not able to verify.

If you ask us for something in this list, we will tell you plainly that we cannot supply it and point you to the correct channel.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. The storefront asks for confirmation on entry, and we may ask for proof of age before dispatch.

An order placed by someone under 18 will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for knowing and following the law that applies where you live. Airgun rules vary between states, and some areas restrict carrying, transport or use.

You are responsible for storing anything you buy from us securely and out of reach of children, and for using it only in a safe place with a safe backstop.

Delivery restrictions

Some pin codes and some states carry restrictions on what can be delivered. If an order cannot legally reach you, we will cancel it and refund it in full rather than send it.
